All I have read and seen YouTube videos and it looks pretty good, even at the free version. Basically, it looks like Windows Defender is fighting to not download it no matter what web browser I am FreeBooter: "I myself would not use software like Glary Utilities these programs cause more problem than they promote they can repair." Are you saying that it causes more damage during its cleaning processes that it says it does? I have never used Glary Utilities, so I have no experience with it.
I think Microsoft Defender has doing something in the back ground's SmartScreen during the download.
